Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel room was very clean. I liked the Executive Lounge, it had a new menu every day, and sushi was available (it was amazing!). Jack and Kaleb at the Hop House provided great customer service and the food came out fast and hot.
The parking was full and I could not find a free parking spot. (This was a bit inconvenient).

The hotel features multiple restaurants and a casino. There is a very nice spa area that looked clean and luminous. The gym offered a good variety of equipment for a workout.

Really good Hotel Experience

The Hop House had excellent service. Jack and Kaleb provided superb assistance. The food arrived quickly and was hot. Elisabeth in the executive lounge was lovely, and the menu changed daily (sushi was a highlight!). I also appreciated that the souvenir store had prices competitive with other nearby shops.
The AC system in my room wasn't working. This was frustrating. I contacted the front desk multiple times about it. My kids could not sleep well due to the room's warm temperature. Maintenance was aware of the problem, yet the room was still occupied.

The hotel is well kept with several useful amenities, i had access to the executive lounge on the 8th floor with my executive king room. the staff were consistently friendly, especially sofie in the executive lounge. She was very attentive. my room was super clean, the housekeeping did an excellent job daily.
the in-room dining options were limited. it only offered service between 5pm and 11pm, breakfast orders for the next day needed to be placed via the app between 7am and 10:30am? that was not convenient.

Staff in the executive lounge are particularly attentive, refilling drinks and fulfilling requests promptly. The hotel is well equipped to handle different client needs. patryk grzyb and his team offered strong support. Early check-in and thoughtful touches such as fruit plates were appreciated.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, offering diverse options to suit all tastes. Eggs benedict, fresh fish and oysters are available? a selection of desserts are available at brunch. the hotel has bars, food is served at those bars.

The room felt a bit dated. some of the furniture showed wear and tear, and the bathroom fixtures looked like they hadn't been updated in ages. i also found the service inconsistent. Sometimes the staff was attentive, sometimes not so much (i asked for a wake-up call that never came).
