I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Prague, although there were a couple of hiccups. The location was ideal for accessing major attractions and the breakfast was truly impressive with a great variety of dishes, especially the made-to-order omelettes. However, I found the room's bathtub to be quite deep and a bit hazardous without a mat. Overall, it’s a solid option for both business and leisure.

Rooms
8.0
My room had a nice, spacious layout and was equipped well. However, I found the bathtub to be quite deep, which made showering a little risky without a tub mat.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and very polite, though I did encounter some confusion with the key card system and the refrigerator unlocking process.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to the metro, making it simple to explore the city. It's just a short walk to Old Town, though I'd recommend avoiding the walk from the train station if you have heavy luggage.
Dining
10.0
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered an excellent range of choices. The Hop House restaurant also served delicious schnitzel and pretzels that hit the spot after a long day.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel features impressive amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a wellness area, though it was a bit crowded during my stay. The Cloud 9 rooftop bar was a highlight, offering lovely views of the city.

5.2/10

My stay at the Hilton Prague Hotel was quite good overall. I enjoyed the beautiful atrium and the spacious rooms, which added a luxurious touch. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering an unbelievable variety that's hard to match. However, I did encounter some construction noise during my stay that was distracting at times. The staff were friendly, but I think some could be a bit more attentive to guests' needs.

Rooms
8.0
The Twin Guest Room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and modern, although I did wish the room was a bit larger since I spent limited time there.
Service
7.0
The staff, especially in the executive lounge, were quite friendly and helpful. They provided personalized service which enhanced my experience overall, though some staff could have been warmer.
Location
7.0
While the hotel is situated in a somewhat secluded area, it's still conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It took me about a 20-minute walk to reach the Old Town.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was really good, offering a great selection that included made-to-order options. The quality of the food in the hotel was impressive, although I did find the prices in the 24-hour restaurant a bit steep for the quality.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities were well-maintained with a nice pool and spa area. The gym was modern and accommodating, but I did find the pool to be a bit chilly at times.

6.2/10

I had an overall good experience at Hilton Prague, though there were a few noticeable issues. The standout feature was the breakfast service, particularly the attentiveness of staff like Tomas and Wilgen, who made my mornings amazing. However, I was disappointed by the noise from renovations that woke me up early one morning, which marred the otherwise pleasant stay. While I appreciated the hotel's location and the beautiful rooms, the service at the beer bar could have been better.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and modern, meeting most expectations for comfort. However, the lack of basic amenities like toothpaste and slippers was disappointing.
Service
8.0
The breakfast staff truly shone during my stay, with really good service that made me feel welcome. In contrast, the service at the beer bar was not up to par, as it took a long time to get attention.
Location
7.0
Hilton Prague's location is a major plus, being conveniently close to major attractions, yet it felt a bit remote due to the size of the hotel.
Dining
9.0
The breakfast was superb, offering a wide selection of delicious options that catered to every taste. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Hop House restaurant, where the staff provided great service.
Facilities
6.0
The wellness area was decent, but certain features were unavailable due to renovations. Overall, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

5.0/10

My stay at Hilton Prague had its ups and downs. while I appreciated the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast, there were significant hiccups during check-in and some room issues. The location was decent, but not the most central. Overall, I found it to be a mixed experience.

Rooms
6.0
I opted for a deluxe room that was recently refurbished. However, it felt quite bland, primarily in grey and beige tones, and I was disappointed that it only included a shower instead of a bath. Some rooms even had no outside view, looking into the atrium instead.
Service
5.0
Check-in was less than satisfactory. as a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I wasn't offered any upgrade, despite availability. The reception seemed to lack helpfulness, particularly in addressing requests, which added to my frustration. However, I did receive better service from the staff at the Executive Lounge.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was a bit out of the way, surrounded by busy roads. It was a short walk to the metro and tram, but getting to the main attractions of Prague required more effort than expected.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic variety of food, including delicious made-to-order omelettes. The dining areas could get crowded, though, especially during peak hours.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had great amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a lovely spa. However, I was taken aback by the sauna's nudity policy, which was quite different from my expectations.

I had a mostly positive experience at the Hilton Prague. The facilities were impressive, particularly the pool and spa, although I did encounter a few hiccups with check-in and certain staff interactions. The breakfast was really good, featuring a variety of options, but I did experience a lengthy wait one morning. Overall, the hotel offered a good blend of comfort and quality, making it a solid choice.

Rooms
8.0
My room was comfortable and clean, featuring a firm bed that ensured a good night's sleep. However, it could use a refresh to align with modern expectations.
Service
7.0
Service quality was a mixed bag. While some staff members were attentive and professional, I had a rough start with check-in and noticed that not all team members seemed happy to help. A shoutout to Xeila Botaro for turning a potential oversight into a positive experience!
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, being within walking distance of notable attractions and near public transport. It made sightseeing very accessible.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight, with a vast selection and made-to-order options that pleased everyone at my table. However, breakfast service did feel a bit chaotic at times, leading to long waits.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasted excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym, although some areas, like the spa, felt smaller than expected. Despite that, I appreciated the overall range of amenities.
